RecommendedWhat a joy living in Killian Lakes Apartments. The property is so calm and peaceful. I have been for for two years and I can recommend Killian lakes as a safe and comfortable environment for young and old. The property is SO clean and attractive. I have met the friendliest staff at Killian Lakes. My experience with obtaining my apartment was a smooth transition and the staff was with me every step of the way. The staff was attentive and available for any questions I had. This is a nice place to live and I do recommend ...🥰
Already did review but i really miss living there. The community is nice clean safe. Maintance is quick to respond. The girls in the office are awesome. Manager Tom is great always willing to help out n very respectful of renters needs n concerns. Thank you all for a nice place to live. Debra Healy
Just moved and I’m pleased all around so far. Kristie was nice and took care of my needs. Maintenance responds and acts quickly to my minor work orders.
My experience with Staff has been very pleasant with a willingness to help. However, Ms. Khadiljah Moore has been outstanding in her professional demeanor, knowledge, and extremely patient. She was clearly available to answer my many questions about requirements and went over and beyond to make sure she had answered my questions thoroughly and correctly by checking her answers when she felt a need to confirm information for me.
The apartment is nice but it sucks that you don’t have options with internet service. The only choice is AT&T and they are costly. You should have options. Then the rent goes up every time you renew. Which I was told it wouldn’t be every year but so far it has. Walls are thin so you can hear everything that goes on. The apartment instillation is not good. To use the little club house is costly, you have a dog area but nothing for the kids. There’s not a lot of amenities for living out here. All the apartment things need to b... read more

These apartments are a fantastic option in the Columbia area! The pool is gorgeous, the property is spotless, and the staff is incredible.
I think I’ve made a decision to add Killian Lakes to my list for my next place of residence. It’s so beautiful out here and quiet. The office staffs are friendly and very helpful. This certainly a place to live.
