Seems that they were very happy to sell me a car but when I traded the car and they owed me money back for the cancelled gap insurance they became most unhelpful. It’s coming up on 10 weeks now and I keep getting the run around. I called the insurance company and they stated that they notified the dealership 6 weeks ago that they were responsible for the refund. Very disappointed. (Update. As soon as I posted this review the owner was made aware and resolved the issue within 24hr. )
I just bought a Sierra pickup from Tim & Zach and my experience was just super. They took my call, listened to what I needed/wanted, and then went to work. After a few efficient preparatory phone calls I drove up from the Houston area, had an enjoyable welcome, and was soon headed back home in my brand new Sierra. Nice people, great experience!
