Bad experience! Drove 3 hrs to see a Jeep. I found some flaws on the Jeep. They assured me it was all fine. They offered for us to test drive and have lunch. We pulled out and immediately got a text asking were we going to buy or not. Cash or finance. We have others wanting it. We literally had been there 10-15 minutes. And they were pressuring us for an answer. Please note we’d made an appointment. And we were the only ones at the dealership. The manager was pushing the salesperson for an answer. although I had an excellent sales experience and financing experience, the optional extended warranty is pointless, I bought the extended warranty because Amber told me that it covers mechanical stuff like air conditioning for example. 2 months after I buy my truck I need a new heater core and that isn't covered by the warranty. so that's a waste of almost $2000 (the cost of the warranty). unless you get a list of what it covers don't buy it. edit: I initially went in to cancel the warranty, and the finance guy was more than... read more
