We recently bought a car from This dealership and were 100% satisfied with the customer service. We live near Dallas and every dealership here you feel like just another number. Wow... you guys earned not only earned my business BACK but you earned a complete review change from me! I almost spent 2,200$ for 2 things that Orr swore was wrong with our Cadillac so my wife then took it over here and Chris took 1 look at it and said “none of it was true.” Just a reset of some codes and it’s back running just fine. Cannot say enough about the care and service the people at Gabriel Jordan in Kilgore give me. I bought my terrain from them in 2011 and they continue to go above and beyond! Love this place!
