Owner responded immediately. Said someone would contact me. They never did. Looking now at a dealer in Portland that actually responded.and seems to actually want business.
They said the car, was already sold to a wholesaler- that seemed odd because it was a brand new listing & the picture hadn't even been added yet. Seemed like a scam

I didn't end up purchasing vehicle from them. Communication was poor on there part. I can't say if they would have eventually pulled through or not but went with different dealer that was excellent.
Yes, unfortunately its a a 4x2 which I didnt realize. But the gentleman was nice and helpful.
