Experience was horrible. Poor communication. Sales manager valued potential customers over a customer that already paid a deposit. Dismissive arrogant behavior. I cancelled the deal and bought the same truck from another dealer.

I was contacted in a timely manner and was treated with the utmost respect. I have decided to keep my car, but I am still receiving photos of cars that would be appropriate for me to purchase should I change my mind. I like that. I would certainly do business with Kiefer Mazda again.
Sales person was friendly but felt like he was making up stories to be relatable to us regarding GMCs. We wouldn’t have bought this for many visible reasons plus overpriced for all things needing repaired. Totally lost our business from the HIGH pressure sale from the sales manager, Murph -.
