Honest and without being bothersome helpful.
They were prompt with getting with me
Do not trust anything this dealer tells you. Their photographer takes photos that hide all cosmetic issues rather than being honest about them. To expand upon this, the photos are all wide angle far away shots. No close ups of any of the damage. All plastic was faded (front bumper was so damaged from UV rays that it was down to bare plastic). Many scratches and a couple of dents. None of which was disclosed in writing, not in any of the photos.
Original email contact. Then I called her, she was out. Someone else answered my questions. Later I called her again. She sent me pictures etc. Car wasn't ready to drive. Still needed to be checked out by shop first. Said price may go up if repairs necessary.
By far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. And that’s not an exaggeration! Quick, get to the point, not your typical “car sales man” type of people. They were great! Highly recommend
Carlena was our contact person. She was very personable and did a good job making us at home.
They did communicate but never gave me any information that I asked for, came across is pretty sketchy and shifty when they wouldn’t answer Basic price point questions. So I stopped communicating with them completely and looked for a different dealer.
Kori Land responded to me and was very helpful in my interest. She went above and beyond to get me qualified to purchase a vehicle. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get the one I wanted but I’m just not able to get an SUV at this time. Thanks to Kori for her help.
