Scheduled a visit through zocdoc, confirmed, showed up for appt, and receptionist Johanna did not have me on schedule. Receptionist attempted to schedule me for appt in Orange City or telehealth. Situation occurred to prior patient who Ubered to appt and was upset. Time to look for another provider!

I established as patient with Kidz and Family Care since, is been under the new office management. My care here been excellent along with my medical care expectations. Clinic always clean, great Team and appointment flexibilities available at all times which's one of the best part that, I like about Kidz and Family Care. I highly recommended. They very professional. Care is their priority.
I was a new patient and had my first appointment at 1:00pm. Arrived at 12:30 for any extra paperwork. When I walked in and said hi, the two people behind the desk just stared at me. No greeting or directions on what I should do next as a new patient. I felt awkward so I signed in and sat down. For 45 minutes, I waited and not a single worker asked for me or came up to me; even after I signed in and confirmed my appointment online. Left at 1:15 without being spoken to once. I visited this establishment the end of April and was told to have x-rays completed. Now the first APRN I met with, Sara, was pleasant and professional. The second time I went back, in May, to have the x-rays interpreted I met with Shay (I believe her name was). The wait for the entire appointment was just unnecessary, poor planning. During the discussion it was noted that one of the reports was not back yet...why have the discussion if you don't have them all...but anyway we completed with what we had.
