I was a new patient and had my first appointment at 1:00pm. Arrived at 12:30 for any extra paperwork. When I walked in and said hi, the two people behind the desk just stared at me. No greeting or directions on what I should do next as a new patient. I felt awkward so I signed in and sat down. I visited this establishment the end of April and was told to have x-rays completed. Now the first APRN I met with, Sara, was pleasant and professional. The second time I went back, in May, to have the x-rays interpreted I met with Shay (I believe her name was). The wait for the entire appointment was just unnecessary, poor planning. During the discussion it was noted that one of the reports was not back yet...why have the discussion if you don't have them all...but anyway we completed with what we had. They are very serious about taking care of patients. The front desk lady went above and beyond and has a great passion in her work. Love this place.
