In this visit, Dr. Alaluf and the dental assistance were great as usual, however I was a little unhappy with the checkout process.The nice woman on the checkout desk was on the phone for more than 10 minutes with a customer. I was standing there, waiting to checkout and no one else came to help her for 10-15 minutes.Finally when one of the hygienist came with another customer, she requested one of the receptionists to help with checkout, I actually had to beg to be first, because they assumed the lady on the phone is taking ... read more
The staff is so friendly and pleasant to the patients.
This was my son's first time at the dentist and the staff at Kids Teeth did such a great job of making it fun. First off, the waiting area is a kids dream with games and a play area. Then we were given a tour of the office which my son loved! The rooms are all decorated in different themes and there were little aquariums between each room. Kelley and Dr. Alalouf were great in ensuring that my son was comfortable before they actually began the actual exam and cleaning. Great service, make it fun and for my children
Great atmosphere for kids and the professionalism was outstanding! Both dentist stopped in the room to introduce themselves and say hello. The dentist were very knowledgeable.
Been going to them for years. They are friendly, great with kids and always ontime.This past visit I had all three kids go in at the same time. I checked on them one by one and then followed the Dr into each room. Great experience.
Very professional!! I'm impressed. Excellent doctors. Very personable and friendly with my child. The doctor took the time to put the child at ease, is very patient and kind with my child - my child looks up to him now, loves going to his appointments!!
