All the staff is always friendly but the tech who did Lachlan's teeth was exceptional. She allowed him to feel involved and part of his teeth cleaning. Sometimes 4 year old can be unpredictable but her kind nature and professionalism made the processes very smooth.
Waiting room is fun for the kids, everyone was friendly, very short wait time and gentle kid-friendly service!
The staff here has always treated my 4 very intense children with the greatest of care and have matched treatment styles and verbiage to what my kids can handle. They also praise my children for good choices, good behavior, and good effort after each cleaning/filling. Super staff, wouldn't go anywhere else!!!!!!
Dr Alalouf and the whole team are excellent. They take such great care of our special needs and autistic son.
As always, Dr. Alalouf and his staff were exceptional. All 4 of my kids come here and I am jgrateful that I found such an awesome dentist to take care of them. Dr. A always takes the time to explain procedures, he is patient with the kids and talks to them and encourages throughout the exam to put them at ease. We have seen several hygienists over time and they have all been great. The staff at the front desk is always helpful with appts and insurance paperwork. Overall, wonderful dentist and truly awesome staff.

Everything went as well as it could be. A very good experience for my child and myself. A very capable and professional team. Taken in at the exact time of our appointment. The environment is very clean and kid friendly. Everybody is smiling and very helpful. And this is not a unique experience.-- it has been always this way for the past 8-9 years.
