Our visit was super quick and easy. The staff was celebrating spirit week, so they were dressed up in costumes. So fun! And my daughter loved her prize after getting her teeth cleaned. Thank you Kids Teeth!
The dental hygienists were great with my kids, distracting them when needed, showing them everything they were about to do before doing it to ease nerves, and involving them by showing the pictures of the teeth. They were patient when my young kids were hesitant and we did not feel rushed at all. The dentist was also great, engaging the kids in conversation to distract, but also explain what needs to be done to take good care of their teeth.
Dr. Alalouf and his staff are excellent at what they do. They are great with children of all ages and take the time to ensure that parents are apprised of the pros and cons associated with any procedure. Their billing process is transparent and affordable. I am very pleased with the practice.
I appreciated being able to get all three of my children in at the same time. The doctor and staff did a good job of updating me what was going on with each child as I was in the room with my youngest child. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Kylie loves this place and everyone here! So glad we followed Ms Katie from her old office.
