Today was our 17 month olds first dental appointment. The entire staff was truly amazing. They are professional and great with kids. A great experience. We are glad to have been referred to Kids teeth and completely understand why they come so highly recommend!
I love how they explain the procedures to my children in a way that helps to calm their nerves. My daughter had a tooth "pulled" today, but because they talked with her about it and said they were just going to be "wiggling" it a little, her mind was at ease. They talk with the parents but don't forget that the kids are their real patients. Also followed up with a personal phone call later that night to see how she was doing. Thanks for a great visit!
I can't say enough about Dr. Weiss and Diana! They both were so calming and personable with my 7 year old for a scary (minor) procedure. I wish I could take them with me to all of my own appointments! Thank you for a great experience!
We just move to the area and my children love their first visit here —- from the amenities to the staff! Sarah, our hygienist, was so awesome. She knows how to deal with kids. Dr Sherman was great and took time in checking my kids’ teeth. Overall, we had a great first time experience in this clinic! So highly recommended!
My 5 year old had to have some work done on his molars. The staff took the time to explain what they were doing and allow my son to look at and touch the instruments beforehand. It helped a lot - he was very brave, and didn't need any sedation! The staff praised him afterwards and said they were proud. The approach here is clearly grounded in child development and the staff members are patient and understanding. i would recommend them to anyone looking for dental care for their child.
My kids love coming here. Whether it’s a cleaning or a more serious procedure, the staff is always pleasant, respectful, kind and informative. I always feel like they have my children’s best interests at heart. Marilyn and Diana were so kind and helpful as always and it was a pleasure meeting Dr. Tan. We moved to Frederick but still return to Kids Teeth and always will while our children need pediatric dentistry.
Everyone is so patient and the staff are very thorough. The doctors and techs review everything in language that the parents and kids understand. The kids don't fear going to the dentist. They look forward to it!
