I have been to the office only twice. My first time was also my daughters first visit to the dentist. It went so well and I was very pleased. This last time I went the was just ok... The dentist was great and the office atmosphere is awesome. However, the hygienists are hit or miss as is the follow up scheduler. I will also mention that I did not have insurance this time around. You are correct that a pre-treatment estimate was done for you as a courtesy with a routine cleaning and bitewing x-rays (to check for cavities) only included. At that time, we had not seen your child for over two years, therefore, could not anticipate the necessity of two additional x-rays of the upper and lower front teeth. I love the service that I receive at Kids Teeth.
My son is 5 years old and unfortunately has had a lot of work done on his mouth already. We decided to switch dentists because his earlier experience was not at all pleasant. He is very anxious and has sensory integration issues so he was not happy when I told him we were going to the dentist. Everything changed as soon as he walked inside the Kids Teeth office. When we walked out the office my 4years old son told me he wants to be dentist,it mean he loved it.We loved the office and office Environment.they worked so hard to move our Appoiment specially with our Schedual it was not easy.I recomend them to my friend and family.
Staff was was nice - my daughters love the play area and didn't want to go home. My little girl was giggling in the chair - She thought it was so fun :-)
We love the place,my 4 years old told me he wanted to be dentist since we came out of office. Front office worked so hard with me to put us earlier than our date. We like it alot.
Top notch care is the norm here. Always treated with respect and fully explained all information in the most patient way.Won't go anywhere else with my kids!!!
