Very nice decoration of the office. My children loved playing in the waiting room. Staff is extremely kid friendly. The hygienist taking care of us was great. Dr. Alalouf explained everything he was going to do, gave us suggestions, and listened to us. My 7 year old daughter happily had her baby tooth pull out to give room to a permanent tooth. Dr. Alalouf even called us after 8pm to make sure she was good.
This practice is thorough and the dental hygienist was very good at keeping my daughter in her seat and explaining the reasons why brushing and flossing are so important.
Fantastic! Listen to concerns and work well with individual needs. They don't even take our insurance and we live 45 minutes away but wouldn't go anywhere else!
We had a great experience at Kids Teeth. The office staff and dentist always run on time. The dentist is very personable and takes time to answer ALL questions. The waiting area are has free Wi-Fi and the most comfortable chairs. They always make my kids feel welcome. Even my daughter in middle schools does not mind going to the dentist. They also have a few I Pads the kids can use in the the waiting area. Most important they do a great job cleaning my kids teeth and they are very caring.

From the very start when we entered the office we were greeted right away and my daughter was already over playing with all the neat toys in the waiting room. It was very kid friendly and great while waiting for our turn. We actually didn't have to wait long at all before we were called back. The hygienist that took care of us was great even though my daughter wasn't very willing to siting still through the cleaning since it was her first time. I scheduled my children for back-to-back appointments and even had my husband there to take the 1st child back to school as soon as he was done to minimize absent time from school. However, he had to wait around for the exam & flouride treatment AFTER his brother was done. I don't know if this is normal practice for back-to-back appointments, but we were not happy with this arrangement. It saved the doctor's time, but not ours!
