My experience was very nice. The office was very clean and the doctor was very informative about my daughter's issue. I did not have to wait along time either. I would most definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Thanks so much for the prompt care.
We came to Kids Prompt Care for the first time on June 16th. We only had to wait five minutes, I wasn't even finished filling out our paperwork because they were so quick to get us back, which is awesome to me! We saw Dr. Getts who is one of the sweetest doctors I've ever had the chance to work with. He was so good with my son, who is 15 months old. He made him feel safe, comfortable, and made this mama feel great too about his care. He has wonderful bedside manner and explained everything to us very thoroughly.
Great experience very kid friendly doctor actually took the time to hear us out with what was wrong with my son even had security guard escort us out for safety
Dr Getts has been our Pediatrician since they were born. God placed him in our lives. He is an awesome Pediatrician and Christian man. This is a great service and we have used it outside of normal visits. Wish it had been there before my kids became teens. Glad that we can use until 18. Dr Getss always finding ways to give back and serve his calling. Pediatrics!
I am SO thankful for Kids Prompt Care! We didn't have to wait to be seen and we were in and out in 30 minutes. I will never take my son to an ER again after the wonderful experience we had tonight. Dr. Getts and his staff were phenomenal! They even have a security officer who walked us back to our car. I am incredibly impressed and I will always choose them for my after hour needs!
Great facility and excellent staff! I would highly recommend to anyone with kids that need after hours care! Happy Mama :-)

Kids Prompt Care is awesome! Even though Sophie felt badly, she enjoyed the kid-friendly waiting area and exam room. The staff and doctor were wonderful and friendly. Definitely will use again since my pediatrician's after-hours clinic has only a two hour window every day. Kids don't always get sick during business hours!
