Love Kid's First I have never had a bad experience at this practice. All of the staff are very friendly and all 3 of my children actually like to go there. The wait times are very short and you can get it on a sick visit when you need to. Our primary doctor is Dr. Levine but have seen 2 of the other 3 doctors when needed and have been very pleased! I would highly recommend them to any family!
Great practice My family has grown with this practice since moving to Charlotte. We have grown from 1 child to now 4. We have been extremely pleased with all of the doctors. They have been very attentive to all of my children and their needs. From the ranges of needs (childrens first visit from the hospital, times of emergencies, immunizations and sick visits) we have gotton calls back immediately and they have been very attentive to our needs. Parent Fran, the office manager has been extremely helpful to my family on more than one occasion over the years. Fran has gone out of her way for us and also for a neighbor who goes to Kids First. The whole practice provides great service from the front desk staff, the nurses and the doctors - they are all wonderful!! My four kids have been going to Kids First for seven years...and we could not be happier!
Extremely Disappointed I am extremely disappointed in the treatment my children received at Kids First. Not only were my children's medical needs not adhered to, (my 2.5 year-old son crawled around for five days on a broken leg and when I brought in a sample of my eighteen month old son's feces, it was never looked at), the business administrator is extremely rude. Best Peds in Town All 3 doctors at Kid's First are top notch. We love Dr. Samarel and really had a hard time finding someone to live up to him when we moved from Charlotte. We have seen all 3 of the Drs at the practice and they all treat us like family. The waiting room is so great that my daughter pitches a fit when we leave! I cannot express how much they meant to us as first time parents
