I love this place .. The staff is just so patient and kind to my son .. I highly recommend
With my 4 kids it can be sometimes difficult to get them all in on the same day at the same time frames and not go crazy running . But not at Kids First! All kids seen taken care of wonderfully and in & out!. The staff is amazing as always and not to mention I have never once had a concern with any of the dentist or hygienist - they all have the time and patience to deal with any type of "kidtude" (kid attitude) that day
I love the new place!!! You guys rock!!! My kids are always happy to go to the Dentist!!! Thanks to your friendly staff they have never been scared!!!
I took my fourteen year-old for his first appointment this week. Like any child, he was apprehensive about a new dentist. When the visit was complete he was thrilled. His teeth were visibly whiter and he was very happy with visit as a whole. I will now be changing my six year old ' s dentist as well.
My son does not like the dentist visits but every since we started coming to this office, he is comfortable, relaxed and we have no tantrums with him anymore. Before we were unable to announce the dentist visits and now he is fine knowing he is coming here. Good job guys!

My daughter complained of a toothache on Wednesday, the first time ever. When I took a look in her mouth there was a hole in her molar. I still don't understand how she went so long without ever mentioning any pain. I called the Fairfield office and they were to see her Thursday afternoon. The staff was beyond amazing. The facility was bright and welcoming and the staff was extremely friendly. We found out my daughter needed a root canal (she's 5). We scheduled it for Monday at the Norwalk office. Staff is great and comforting. It was my sons first visit and they were all wonderful!
Both the dentist (Dr. Susie) and dental hygienist took the time to talk to me in depth about my son's check-up. They gave me advice and reassured me on several fronts. I was impressed with the amount of time they took with both of us and feel that my son is getting great care from Kids First.
