My son had a problem with his braces on the day of his dental cleaning appt, and the orthodontics staff and dental staff worked together to so that both offices could see him in one quick visit. The dental hugest ran and brought a chair for me so I I could sit in the dental room even though my son is a teenager. The kindness was much appreciated.
Dr. Lori and her team went above and beyond to measure my son knew what was happening every step of the way. They asked if something was okay before they did it. If my son was uncomfortable they found a way to accomplish the task in a manner he was comfortable with.
I go to the Fairfield office with my son who has some sensory issues. they are really caring and have a great group of doctors.

Ms. Laurie and Dr Jenn were so fantastic. I was nervous it was going to be a crying mess but they were gentle and talked to her so she was comfortable. I never thought our first visit to the dentist would have my daughter leaving w a big smile on her face.
I really appreciate the staff at Kids First working with me to schedule all three of my children together. The appointment was on time and the staff was friendly, as always! The children had a good experience and don't mind going to get their teeth cleaned.
The kids love to go to see Dr. Jen and her team at Kids First. The staff is wonderful with kids...even my 5 year old son is calm and that is not easy. They do a great job, run on time and everyone leaves with a smile!!! I have recommended them to all my friends!
What a great experience! My son was so scar d before we came to kids first! Now he runs into the dentist smiling and leaves smiling! Thanks! Dr Jen and Dr Emily are wonderful!
