William was very challenging but the assistant never lost patience & stayed calm & even toned throughout the visit. She even sang to him! Being that he's only 2 1/2, it's important to have good dental visits so that he doesn't continue to be afraid. She worked hard at that! Dr was great too!

The assistant worked so well with Crystal! She took the time to explain everything to her first, changed toothpaste twice because Crystal didn't like it, and made Crystal very comfortable. The dr we saw was also very patient & understanding. Crystal had reacted poorly to the fluoride the first time & was very upset to have it again. She took a lot of time convincing her that it was going to be ok!

My daughter has been going to Kids First ffld location since she was one, and it has always been a wonderful experience, surprisingly at first! I myself am not a huge fan of going to the dentist, and I didn't want my child to be! Kids First has always made Zoe's experience comfortable, and the office atmosphere makes it even more appealing for her! Now,at the age of 7 she goes to her cleanings as if she's going to Toys r us! I have both of my oldest children who go to kids first dentistry and I must say the doctors the assistants even the receptionists are absolutely amazing I have been only to the Norwalk office but it was such a pleasant visit they think about the child's well being and comfort they do not force anything the child feels uncomfortable with I recommend them to every mom I come across thank you kid first Norwalk office my children and myself love the great work cannot wait to bring my daughter in when it's time for her first chec... read more

This was my 1st pediatric dentist visit for both my girls. This place is very nicely made up for kids, they had so much fun and the stuff couldn't be more helpful. I am so glad I found this awesome place for my children.

I was referred to this office by my son's Pediatrician. I took him here for his very first dentist appointment and I was very pleased with our experience. They took us right in. Everyone was so warm and friendly. It made us both feel very comfortable. I definitely will be returning here for his 6month cleaning. I encourage anyone who's in need of a child's dentist to give this place a try. :)

I took my two boys -- ages 12 and 9 - -for a checkup/cleaning today. My 9-year old typically has a lot of trouble during cleanings-- he doesn't like to lie back and I usually have to sit with him in the chair . Today went great -- Laurie the hygienist was so patient and fun and chatted with my son and made him feel comfortable. I didn't even have to sit in the chair. She completed the whole cleaning and he was still happy and smiling -- a FIRST.
