We always have a great experience at Kid's First. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Diane is amazing with the kids, they love to see her!
I have to say, this office and their staff is PHENOMENAL. Always such a great environment and they truly care about their patients! I especially like how at the end of the visit the kids get a goodie bag with a gold token to get a prize. They truly know what they're doing and are AMAZING with kids. My daughter was actually looking forward to going into see the dentist (omg!) I live in stratford and go all the way to Fairfield for this denist office. Very good i just wished i knew sooner that i could take her so young!
My kids had a great experience! they were upbeat, gentle, and knew how to manage kids. My 6 year old had three cavities between his teeth, glad we found them! I would highly recommend this office and we will be back for both rechecks in 6 months as well as cavity fill
They always engage my daughter, ask her questions about her life, her interests and try to make her laugh. They take time to answer my questions and keep me well informed of any problems and possible solutions. They never discuss the scary stuff in front of my daughter, leaving it to me to inform her on my own terms. They are very good at hiding the painful stuff. For example: my daughter getting Novocain shots - when she says "ow", the dentist explains that her nails are very sharp and she accidentally poked her in the gu... read more
We love Kids First! It takes the fear out of going to the dentist and replaces it with a fun waiting room, really friendly and knowledgable staff. Plus the stickers and coins are great for the younger kids. I also really appreciate that they make ever effort to get all three of my children schedule at the same time for regular visits.

The office experience, hygienists and Dr. Epstein were all as good as everyone said they'd be. They managed to do a check up on my hysterical toddler and evaluate my 6 year olds complicated dental history with ease while giving me a clear game plan for how to proceed. We don't need to look any further for a pediatric dentist in our new location, very excellent indeed.
My kids at 4 and five, one aspergers and the other just with poor impulse control were well managed here. They had a room with two chairs olus one hygenist and one helper. They had all the kid ploys like prized / stickers. I like the hygenisht calmly reminded them ( a million times)!to stay seated. Good technology and nice waiting area. Kids were happy
