Dr. Dave, Mercy and the whole team are patient, gracious and extremely respectful of every child/teen they treat. Everything is explained and things go at a pace that keeps the experience calm. As a working mom, I esp. appreciate the appointment reminders and the on-time appointments. You are seen when promised. When my daughter was very young, she had a terrible time with dentists due to a gap reflex. We went to more than 20 dentists (Seriously. I kept count.) before finding Dr. Dave. My daughter was extremely happy leaving the dentist today. Dr and staff were so pleasant and made her very comfortable !!!! She enjoyed the different flavors or fluoride and the coin machine at the end of her visit. She’s already looking forward to going back in 6 months

As a parent walking into the door and seeing my son's name on the door was a very cute and shows that they take time to make parents and children feel welcomed. My son is young 18 months so he scream, but they were so nice and patient with my son. It was a good experience overall.
My daughter absolutely loves coming here, she asks to go back. She actually gets upset when I tell her she has to wait. Definitely a fun place for kids, and the staff are so friendly and nice. They always treat you like a person not just a number. They are patient with you and don't make you feel bad or embarrassed if you have a cavety. They make you feel at home there and make dental hygiene exciting!
My wife and I took our 20 month old and 3 year old to their first dentist appointments at Kids First, and they both had a fantastic experience. I couldn’t have been more impressed. My kids enjoyed the activities in the waiting room, they were called in right on time, the hygienists were incredible, and Dr. Susie was outstanding. The hygienists explained everything they were doing in age appropriate language and made my children feel very comfortable (even excited) about getting their teeth cleaned.
