I can't say enough about Dr. Pari and her team at Kids First in Norwalk. From the moment we walked in for the first time, my kids were put at ease with a welcome note on the door. Dr. Pari was incredibly patient, & kind and competent. I could not ask for a better experience and this was by far the best dental group we have ever had.
Staff made my daughter very comfortable. They understood her anxieties and worked quickly and effectively. They explained everything in detail and gave us choices on how we could proceed with the work that needed to be done. Awesome atmosphere for both parents and their children.
My daughter always loves going to this office. She used to cry a LOT when she is at the dentist office prior to us coming in this place. All the staff here make her feel very comfortable and welcomed, always telling her what to expect each procedure. I am so glad my dentist referred us daughter to his place. Dental visits are nit a torture for her and for us anymore. To the wonderful lady who cleaned her teeth last night, she is just very lovely, very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. Thank you!!
We had to bring our son in for a issue with his tooth, the entire staff was so friendly, kind and they tooth their time. truly a great place for kids where thy feel comfortable
It’s so kid-friendly here. Even though it says Kids First, you can’t always believe it with just a name. The name rings true here. First time patients have their name written on the front glass door and all patients have their names written inside. The receptionists are pleasant and the hygienists and dentists are wonderfully kind and patient with the children. Even my overly gregarious 8 year-old. Great first dental experience for children.
The Kids First experience is awesome! Convenient late appointments. Kind and patient staff and dentists. I would never go anywhere else.
Both of my children had wonderful visits from both of their hygienists today. Dr Susie was super friendly and made both kids feel at ease. She even fit us in to do something more so that we wouldn’t have to make a separate trip back. We LOVE Kids First!
I brought my 2 year old for her first dental checkup. The care was excellent. Speedy, thorough and compassionate. They were very attentive to her comfort level and if she didn’t want something done, they either didn’t do it or found another way she was happier with. Highly recommended.
