Was super nervous about opting out of the hospital to save on costs as the son needed GA. They called us while he was under to let us know he won't be needing as much work. So in the end, it didn't cost as much as we thought and the son woke up good. We walked out relieved it was all done. They were all pretty lovely. Although, there was one receptionist that we weren't keen on. She wasn't exactly rude. The others just set the bar so high and are super friendly and helpful. Would not use this business again. Over priced and ridiculous advice. We were early to our appointment, did not get seen until 20mins past our booked time because 3 staff members couldn’t figure out how to digitally send me a medical form to fill out… what ever happened to pen and paper? I paid $119 for a consult which was referred by our family dentist as my 6yr old daughter has severely grinded her teeth away in her sleep, over the past few years (bruxism). Get a second opinion before booking their recommendations. My son was seen for an injured tooth a few months ago to see if it needed pulled. That tooth was fine but they told me he needed 8 crowns on all his molars totalling ~$5200 under GA. He has been seen regularly at his dentist (not this one) and not been told we need to keep an eye on anything or have cavities fixed. Hilary was extremely pushy when I was hesitant. Dr. Karthika Balaji is such a kind, caring and gentle doctor. She did an extraction for my son today and she was so amazing. Nash was completely calm about the whole experience, he didn't even know he had a tooth pulled until afterwards when we told him. Dr Kathika even walked him to the car to make sure he was ok. Thank you so much for looking after our boy. What a wonderful woman you are. All other staff have been so lovely there too. Especially Chelsea who looked after our other son Blake yesterday.
