This was the first place I attempted to take my daughter for dental treatment, around age one and a half. I made my appointment through the number listed on their website 253-848-7000. The assistant I spoke with took all of my insurance information and scheduled us. Terrible. Horrible customer service, unprofessional and prove they really don't care about their patients and the children. Every appointment we have to sit and wait for at least an hour and the women there are down right RUDE... Will never take my son here again.
I love kids choice dental. I have been taking my son there for almost 4 years now :) Autumn Marzano and Miguelina wheeler are super awesome and always so helpful! Autumn is so sweet and patient with my son and Miguelina is always so fast and efficient at checking us in and always so sweet :) my son and I will continue going to kids choice dental for sure!
The dentist lady is awesome. Deserae the receptionist is friendly, funny and very helpful!! They are all so sweet and caring!
My daughters first visit. She was extremely scared. The staff was incredibly nice and helped calm her nerves. Great visit and no cavities!
