We just started going to Kids Choice and so far we love it! The staff is so nice and always make my boy feel comfortable. They explain things to him in child like ways so he knows what’s going on. I appreciate them so much for making my son feel so comfortable there!
I absolutely love this place. Today my 8 year old had to get 5 baby teeth pulled. Autumn, Dr. Hyu (?) not sure if I spelled his name right, and 1 more gentlemen who's name I cant remember, they were all so great! they spoke to him like he mattered, that his feelings mattered. what to expect and talked to him every step of the way. They completely get it when it comes to kids and how scared they can be. you guys are awesome!
Kid's Choice has a revolving door of dentists. They make unnecessary treatment plans and are pushy to use gas. They billed for services not completed, when I brought it to their attention the staff was argumentive. We switched offices they didn't even bother to send the xrays that were requested.
I had an 8am appointment for my kids, confirmed over the phone yesterday, and have an appointment card with 8am as the time. Show up to the office and NOBODY is there. The door isn't even locked, but the lights are off and there is nobody. This isn't the first time they have moved my appointments without notification (thankfully I save the appointment cards and text confirmations and have shown my appointments were moved after they were confirmed). Don't waste your time here, because they will waste your time.

the staff and dentists at kids choice dental are the best. my kids have been going to dentist for over 12 years now seems we finally have found the best. they are caring and really make you aware of everything without it being over your head. they are fast and efficient at getting you seen. the best office ever. the best part though get a popsicle after getting the sugar bugs fixed.
