giving them a second chance Customer service was not good the night we went but i sent an email to the manager and got a very nice response back and two free vouchers. We will give them another try.
Kids cuts This place is great. My niece loved it!! They can play video games while getting there hair cut or watch videos as well. The staff is wonderful with the kids!! The place is a fun enviorment for the ones first going. They even offer a baby's first haircut package (thats why we brought her. :) They even have an indoor playground. So if its a long wait, the kids wont mind, they can play!!!
Mom Frankly, I was very surprised to read the poor reviews. We've been going to Kid O Cuts for years, since it was Cookie Cutters, and have always had a good experience. Becky has been cutting our children's hair since they were toddlers. No one has ever been rude or inappropriate. To address the complaints about the First Haircut "rip off": there is an example of the "First Haircut" package at the desk. If you don't like it, don't buy it! Take your own pictures!
Awesome Experience Well, my wife and I were scared to take our 1 year old son to Kid O Cuts because of some of the bad reviews...but we decided that we will go, and if anyone is rude to us, we would simply leave. Rudeness shouldn't be tolerated anywhere. Now that we went, I don't know where the bad reviews came from. The girl at the counter was nice as can be. Terrible Experience! Do not go here! The people who work here are very rude and impatient. They have terrible attitudes. They put knicks on my son's head and he wasn't even moving around (normal for a 2-yr old). They just didn't have the patience. I have heard from SEVERAL people about horrible experiences they had here. I will NEVER return and hope you don't go there either.

linda m I also had a bad experience at Kid O Cuts with my grand son. There is another kids place in Springhurst called Short Cuts 4 kIids. The Staff is great and the place is clean and alot more affordable,so check it out, for those of you who have had a bad experience.

HORRIBLE SERVICE; AWFUL HAIRCUTS Kid O Cuts has to be one of the WORST places to take your children for haircuts! I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with the RUDE service. Becky was extremely rude and we will NEVER go back -Ever. In fact, we had 2 haircuts that day and neither of the two women seemed to know what they were doing. The haircuts turned out awful.
