A cut above the rest! Horrible Experience Everyone I came into contact with had a poor attitude. The owner may be the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever met. The staff were short, unfriendly, and flat out rude. To top it off the place is filthy. I will never take my child back to this place. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
Terrible Service - Do not go there!!! I was charged $18 for a kids cut. Only because it was my sons first haircut. From the stylist to the woman who took my sons picture, were rude and nasty. I would never in my life go back there and I would not send my worst enemies kids there. I paid $18 for a printed out certificate for my sons first haircut. I payed it because I thought they knew how to handle kids. What a mistake.
Cookie Cutters Haircuts-Kids is lucky to have Diane The only reason I take my son there is Diane. She is wonderful. I won't let anyone else cut his hair. I had a young girl who obviously didn't like kids but she is gone now.
CONFUSED!!! Why do i keep going back here? The staff are rude both on the phone and in person, it's expensive and it takes me 30 mins to get there!! But until i find a new kid friendly place i guess i will go back. GOOD POINT: Diane is a good stylist and great wish my son (2yrs).
Okay - so so I took my three year old for her first haircut. Because it was a weekday, there was no one there. The facilities were good, the TV helped my daughter to stay still. She did want to stay longer to watch the rest of Diego. :) I wasn't disappointed, but wasn't overjoyed either. It was an okay experience. A little pricey. The 'first haircut' package was not worth it. For four dollars extra I got a certificate with a bad fuzzy and bad quality printing picture and a baggy of hair. Oh well. HORRIBLE SERVICE; AWFUL HAIRCUTS Kid O Cuts has to be one of the WORST places to take your children for haircuts! I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with the RUDE service. Becky was extremely rude and we will NEVER go back -Ever. In fact, we had 2 haircuts that day and neither of the two women seemed to know what they were doing. The haircuts turned out awful. Not as bad as some reviews I will admit that this is not a 5 star salon but for kids it is great - at least that is what my son (3 yrs) and daughter (2 yrs) think about it. My kids love that they get to watch a movie and have always been comfortable in the surroundings. I believe the staff listens to direction, cut quick, and do a nice job. My kids have never left with nicks or any injury and they have had a different stylist each time. linda m I also had a bad experience at Kid O Cuts with my grand son. There is another kids place in Springhurst called Short Cuts 4 kIids. The Staff is great and the place is clean and alot more affordable,so check it out, for those of you who have had a bad experience.
