I hav e tried again in the past 2 weeks several numbers & emails. I even called BBA and was told they have ch anged owners. The new owner is Mike H. (not sure of spelling) with a phone number of 419-380-3333. I have used that number to no avail. BBA says they too have gotten numerous complaints regarding this carwash & have attempted to reach the owner themselves. My first thought is that they should not BE a MEMBER of BBA! Howver, I was told that if we have complaints we should contact BBB @ 419-531-3116.
Absolute brilliant experience. How this place is still in business is mind blowing. Automatic wash is garbage and your self wash is just as bad.
Tried shopping local but these 2 owners ruined it! DON'T GO THERE.
Went there this morning for their $2 off deal. I waited 25 minutes (because only one automatic bay was working as usual) only to pay $6 for a rinse and dry. Absolutely no pre-soak or soap in the wash cycle. I called the number they had listed on the door and surprise, surprise it was out of service. Last time I was there the foam brush didn't have soap. Definitely won't be going back.
The worst!!! I will NEVER go there again. Paid $9 for a car wash I never received because it didn't work. I called the number & the message states they know they don't work, and you cannot leave a message because the voicemail doesn't work either. Then it tells you to send an email which I did...twice. That was almost a month ago and still no response. They should use all the money the steal from customers to fix the machine!!!!
Second time within the last month and the automatic $8.00 Gold wash is bad. Normally wouldn't leave a review online but I never heard back from management after calling their phone number earlier this month. Thanks for nothing (twice). Equipment needs upgrade or just plain maintenance. Their debit machine works perfectly however.
Went to the car wash today and spent 9 dollars and my vehicle doesn't even look washed!!! So mad!
