I just had my car washed at the new facility at Kroger. Didn't wash half my car. A waste of $11.
Do NOT waste your time or your money going here. Paid $8 for a car wash today, my car was sprayed with soap and was barely rinsed off because there was little to no water. Pretty sure it still has soap on it when I left. I left with my car still dirty and down eight bucks.
Nothing worse than paying $9 for a carwash, then having to wash the vehicle again at home. Outdated, broken equipment that left my car covered in soap, with dirt/bird droppings underneath. Never again.
YOUR SOAP BRUSH SCRATCHED MY WHOLE ENTIRE CAR AND WINDOWS!! SO NOW I HAVE LITTLE SCRATCHES EVERYWHERE ON MY NEW CAR!!!!!
I've had nothing but bad services from this "car wash." They pay all this money on security, so they know the issues, the MANY ISSUES, and still don't fix the problem. Taken my money in the automattic wash once. Two days ago I came to the automatic wash, one was closed, and there was a truck in the wash for over 10 min. When I got in, it said "back up" for 2 min. Car always ends up dirty or soapy after spending top dollar on most expensive automatic wash just not worth the money
Paid for a wash, that left my car covered in soap. The machine never worked, remained in the same position for over 5 mins. I pulled away a disatisfied customer with a vehicle covered in soap suds. Tried to contact business, and number is no longer in service.
VERY disappointed!!!....went there on a Tues., hoping to get the $2 Tuesday deal, and got dooped. Please fix your machines!
