This car wash is awful. Almost every time I go, every lane is closed with a cone in front. How are they even still open? Such a waste of space!
Very disappointed with my recent car wash. It didn't clean the entire vehicle - it left a dirt stripe down the middle and barely even wet down my back window. You would think for the high prices that it would at least clean the vehicle.
While on vacation, we went to the Kicking Mules Car Wash. The brushes, etc. tore off part of one of our side mirrors. The part was washed into the car wash's drain. We contacted the manager of the grocery store (where the carwash was located) who gave us the phone number of the main office of the company that owns the carwash. Should have looked at the reviews before stopping. Paid $9 for an automatic wash, left with a dirty car still covered in soap. Live & learn!!
Worst car wash EVER! I will never go to this place again! I bought the $9 and what a waste that was! When I exited my jeep was still covered in soap, so I had to spend another $2 to spray it off. Then I tried to vacuum my vehicle, which is $1. It took the first 4 quarters I put in so I had to in another $1 and it barely cleaned my carpets! Of course no one was there to complain to. Just horrible!!!!
Horrible. Multiple times the vac has taken my money and the machine doesn't start. After multiple calls to maintenance after leaving voicemail I have not been re-compensated nor a return call. The dollars add up, specially if I am one of the several people to lose money that day.
I paid $9 for a car wash. My car is still dirty!!!!!!!!!
