We had a wonderful experience with Kibo Sushi and wanted to thank the team for their outstanding customer service. The day before, we placed a pickup order through Uber, but due to some kind of system error, the app showed that our order had been delivered to a completely different address. We never received our food and were very disappointed. Today, we called the restaurant and explained what had happened.
