Obsessed with Kibo. Great vegetarian options, always fresh and flavorful. Fun snacks. Grab and go from the fridge. Love discovering new treats and drinks. I’ve made it a routine to workout at the Y and then swing by Kibo to eat sushi at the standing counter in the window.
Ordered $160 worth of sushi last night only to discover that they had forgotten to add any wasabi/ginger. We called to request some and were told that it was not possible as they don’t deliver. Then we discovered that the hamachi negi was very tough and chewy … Once we unwrapped some pieces, it was clear what the problem was. The roll had been made with random chunks of hamachi still covered in skin. 🤮 See pics
If this location could get less than one star I would. The audacity of the manager “Ted” if that is his name, is unreal. I ordered two orders of dynamite sushi their website says that each order is 5 pieces. That would mean there should be 10 pieces in total. Except it’s buy one get one free, or that’s what the app said. Meaning that there should be two orders of dynamite sushi totalling 20 pieces.
