Always been a big fan of the kibo chain, but they seem to have just significantly raised their prices :( My usual set that used to be $18 is now $22 which is a pretty big jump. Disappointing and will be looking for a new spot now.

Very disappointed with my experience at Kibo Sushi today. I ordered a 42-piece sushi platter for guests visiting my home, and when I got home, I realized there was no soy sauce included at all. Instead, they packed two containers of ginger and no soy sauce whatsoever. Serving sushi without soy sauce is honestly unacceptable, especially for a large platter meant for multiple people. It's compact and easy to order food here. They are efficient and friendly. However I did not like biting into the small piece of plastic which chipped off the packing—however you cannot necessary blame the franchise but rather the packaging controls. That would be my only issue.
