I had a really great experience at Kibo! I’ve been trying different sushi restaurants in the neighborhood for a while, and I finally found my go-to spot. The restaurant is clean, cozy, and nicely decorated, and the service was excellent. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. I’ve been ordering from here regularly for years. They’ve recently changed the menu pretty significantly and I’ve noticed the overall quality isn’t as good. Tonight they screwed up my order and sent me rolls I didn’t order and forgot the California rolls I did order. I also found the tastes off - the rolls I didn’t order weren’t good at all - I threw them out - and even the spicy salmon rolls I always order tasted fishy and kind of gross. Not sure I’ll give them another chance. I feel like the quality has gone down too much.
