I am so beyond disappointed. I love the kibo chain, i frequent multiple other locations in the city but just recently moved super close to this one and ordered my usual salmon lover set. The quality is maybe a 2-3/10 compared to the other locations i go to. The rice was mushy and way too warm, sushi is meant to be room temperature for sure but this was like freshly cooked rice warm. Disappointing quality on my last visit. The tempura rolls were missing the shrimp, leaving behind only hollow, fried batter. Hopefully, they can address these quality control issues.

I ordered through Uber Eats and was really disappointed with the quality of the food. The Premium Salmon Lover roll was done very poorly—the layer of salmon on top was paper-thin and not what I expected at all. We added instructions but they didn’t follow it. The Weston maki is supposed to include bell pepper, but it was completely missing from the roll. On top of that, the spicy salmon didn’t taste fresh and was not good quality. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations and needs improvement.
