I usually don’t write bad reviews, but I was very disappointed. I placed an order online for pickup — the order was accepted, payment went through, and it said the place was open. When I arrived, the doors were closed and no one was there. The sign said “Open,” but it clearly wasn’t. No one answered the phone either. In the end, no order, no refund, and no explanation. Very frustrating, especially since the money was already taken.

I ordered sushi from this place through Uber Eats and even called them after placing my order that i accidentally forgot to “add utensils” and I asked the girl working that day if she can put some chopsticks in the bag and she said, “yes”, but when i received my order none were included. The sushi itself was just okay more like fast food style. I’d give it a 2/5. If you’re looking for quality sushi, I recommend going somewhere else. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Hello. I order the food, after I pay, they say 25 minutes. Ok. why not say before? Why?. I was in rush. I get food, I sit down, I unpack food from bag, I finish unpacking food and they tell me no dining. Ok. I pack up food again. I go to use bathroom, no bathroom. I eat fish, fish taste not fresh. No good. Kibo no good. I no come back
