Just came home in our 2016 Kia Soul. We had a fabulous salesman (Bronson). He was very busy with several customers, and was still able to make us feel like his number one priority. After getting us the car that worked for our family, he was even willing to color with my 4 year old son so we could sign paper work. When a business treats my children well, I will be back. We just traded in our old car for a 2015 Kia Soul. Our salesman Silvano went above and beyond to get us in a car that we can afford and didn't push us into getting something we didn't want. And he even worked around our rush of being second shift workers. Silvano is the man and was willing to bring a car out to me to look at because the one I wanted we couldn't do. I purchased a used Nissan Rogue from the guys at Kia of North Grand Rapids. It has been the best experience possible. I have been treated like family. Recently, I dropped my car off for a few minor repairs and the service that have I received has been nothing short of exceptional. The guys have gone above and beyond to make sure I am informed about the repairs as well as not inconvenienced while my car is with them. Thank you Bill and Eric! Very happy. I took my mom, who is 89, in for a new Kia and salesman Mark Macauley was very patient helped us get a great Kia Forte and a great lease deal. The whole event was very low stress and no pressure. My last car I bought was a Honda and it took all day, and had ridiculous negotiating tactics. My mom and I am very happy!
