I am not happy with this place. They contacted me to see if I would like to upgrade my lease on my 2015 Optima. I went in to talk about it. I did end up getting a 2017 Sportage but it is the little things that have me upset. I was told they would pay off my old lease when I signed my new one. Me and my wife were interested in kia soul wife set an appointment for 12-17-16 the sales person has been calling non stop multiple times a day since we set it up I refuse to deal with a dealership who does this! Especially when we have an appointment already set but calls everyday ! I told the sales lady we will take out business somewhere else! I will never recommend this dealership!
Our experience with the sales professionals at Kia exceeded our expectations. By far, the most outstanding service I've ever experienced, especially when purchasing a vehicle. Kudos to Laura, Wendy, Skip and the rest of the team on your ability to provide outstanding customer satisfaction in a courteous, professional and timely manner.
