I'm quite surprised at the number of bad reviews. I've had nothing but great service from them from service to sales. I've purchased 2 Kia's from them and the sales people have been great. I recieved a call back from them the next day telling me everything was approved. Their service team is top notch and are very very helpful. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a Kia.
I am so shocked and disappointed to see what your dealership did to a perspective customer. A couple came into your dealership, seriously looking to buy a vehicle. After going through the paperwork, then finding out the vehicle didn't even have an engine it. The couple decides not to buy it. Such audacity, someone at the dealership goes on the man's business page and rates him poor. My question is: When did Kia of North Grand Rapids use his business to be able to rate him. James did an exceptionally good job! I really appreciated how he took the time to go into details about the features of the car and answered all my questions fully, even the simple ones!
They lie about how much you get on a trade in. Radio says minumum of 6000.00 but was only giving me 500.00 also told me they could work with me buy lied about that too. Don't recommend this place at all.
I went I'm to have the battery replaced in my 2011 soul. They did their inspection and told me I needed brakes all the way around. Quoted me $260.00 per axle. Had them checked and done at Firestone for $146.00! . Back brakes were fine. Resurfaced the rotors and replaced pads on the front. That also included an oil change...you be the judge
