Waited almost two hours after an appointment time to even speak to our dealer. When we did, we made it clear that we only wanted the new vehicle if the price was reduced to an amount we could agree on (even if it wasn't the large amount we were asking due to hurricane damage on it). We also wanted a good price on our trade-in. We did not want to move forward with a deal if at least one of these numbers wasn't satisfactory.
