Don't go here. They'll sell your car before you get there even after you are approved for a loan.
We went to all the troubles from applying for a loan to even putting the car on our insurance, and we were told to come on Saturday to sign papers(because on Friday car dealer was off)....luckily I called first on Saturday, otherwise we would drove 40 min. in one way for nothing, they sold the car ....not had the decency to call us to save us a trip!
Warning!Don't buy car from these people! I was interested to buy car from them,vent from Lansing to Jackson in order to buy it,brake light was on so I asked them to check that for me,they didn't call me for 3 days,finally I got the call,and vent to credit approval,after everything was done we got full insurance for the car,and ready to go and pick it up,guy who handled sale,Jim,told us he's off yesterday,so we are ready to go today,and,we got a call telling us the car is sold to someone else,so, if you want not to be screwed... read more

We went into Kia to see if there was anything we liked met Jerry he walked us through every question we had put everything out there and was straight forward from start to finish we left with a new Forte great service

Had a tire issue on my Fusion and Kia was right off the freeway. The gentleman in the service area that took my information was snarky and could have cared less about keeping my business. The tech who fixed my tire, Jordan, was friendly, helpful and a credit to your business. So one employee was outstanding, the other basically rude, so have to give a 3.
