We love our car, but our service department experience was a nightmare. KIA charges way too much for an oil change and did not wash the windows or vacuum the car, which usually comes with an oil change. They were also very rude and unhelpful. Our car was recently recalled and needs to be reprogrammed. However, KIA told us they did not have time to run the new software in our car & would reschedule for a different time. We will definitely NEVER go back for an oil change.
They were so nice, and helpful through the whole process.

My wife's car was making a funny noise in the rear end. After an hour it was determined that it was probably the new tires we had bought in January so they rotated the tires on 8/9/18. My wife called back that afternoon and talk to a man in the service department because the noise moved to the right front, he said he had to talk with someone about the tire warranty and would call her back in a few minutes..well today is 8/10 @ 3:20 and still waiting for a call back.
