Unfortunately my Sportage took a poop on the highway while traveling to visit friends. I called the number on my drivers side window and they called a tow truck for me, and took care of everything. My car was towed to Jackson Kia where they gave me incredible service and treatment. Ed, the Service Manager, explained everything to me.
