I have had nothing but issues coming to this service place. Every time, they tell me I have to pay, even though I have a warranty that covers oil changes. Well now, their excuse is “we only cover $86 on oil changes, and you’re responsible for the rest…the total is $170+”. Find somewhere else to go! Worst car service place I have ever been to.
I will say we have had issues in the past, but today the technician and service manager saved my family's vacation. Long story short, we had van troubles on our way out of town this morning, I found the part needed, called the service department and they told me to come by. Within 10 minutes of our arrival we were back on the road. These two folks seriously saved our vacation trip today! Thank you for your kindness with my daughters and your quick and attentive assistance 👍
Brandon was fantastic, he wasn’t pushy at all he and the sales manager gave my wife and I all the time we needed to talk things over. They stayed open later just for us to complete our purchase. We would highly recommend Kia of Chattanooga to our friends and family. We will definitely be repeat customers in the future!
Do not go to this service department! What a rip off! Guy at desk was rude and condescending. 300.00 for a oil change and a miss diag! What a joke and I will be calling kia North America.
