Do not go to this service department! What a rip off! Guy at desk was rude and condescending. 300.00 for a oil change and a miss diag! What a joke and I will be calling kia North America.
My wife bout a brand new Teluride here and has always gone there for her oil changes and recall work! EVERY time she goes in for her service they tell her she needs something changed and at additional cost! This is a 2024 model with less that 50,000 miles! Last oil change they told her she needed new injectors !!! Never heard of such!!! I had a cheverolet with 199,000 miles and never had a thing done to the engine or transmission! Great service and very friendly staff that I encountered.
An hour and a half for an oil change...they tried to overcharge me...and 2 of the women working in the service center were talking about getting and buying prescriptions of Adderall. I'll never go back there! Ever!
I made an 8 am appt for an oil change after calling and receiving a 30-45 min wait time quote from a service tech. Upon bringing in my car, 45 mins in I asked for an ETA due to needing to get to another appt and I was told time frame is actually always 1 to 1.5 hours and I was told wrong so I should start walking to my appt.
