This dealership has horrific customer service after a purchase. So I purchased a 2021 Kia Stinger GT in DEC 20 from there with a fairly typical experience I would say was average at best. Takeaways - GO TO KABIR if you want to buy. Avoid Isiah from internet sales if possible. TLDR; I came into purchase a car on Tuesday - I got set up with Isaiah Price. Most bland salesperson I've ever met, you can tell he really doesn't care about his job. It's ok we negotiated a price and i was ok with it. I was told via email and phone calls that my kia sportage had a engine recall. After my attempt to bring in my car for a service they let me know that the part that is needed had to be ordered. The result of me having to schedule a subsequent visit to Kia of Carson. I decided to schedule and my time to take my car in was at 12 noon . If I can give zero stars I would. Kia of Carson has completely ruined my experience as a first time driver. I purchased a lease 2 years ago the sales rep who sold me the car quit the next day and gave me the wrong key to my vehicle. My lease is up this August and I've yet to get my spare key. I went 6/1/21 to get my car serviced for a recall and was told my car was ready although no work was done and that I'd have to wait 2-3 weeks for parts to come in. I put a 72 hour deposit on a car for a stated price. Two days before that 72 hours was up, I got a call saying that deposit would only be honored for one more day, that someone had offered a higher price for the car. Since I could not be there by the time agreed upon, they are refunding my deposit. Is this legal? Is it moral? I would never buy or look at Carson Kia again. Even if it means going to another state to buy.

what do I think of Kia of Carson, total rep off? I went in for a simple service and ended up paying $780 on things that I didn't approve of. Oscar asked me what I needed to be done on my car "I said just the service, I have a warranty, then I ask how much was an oil change, he then said $49.95 I told him it was to expensive and that I usually get my oil changes thru Jeffy Lube. TL;DR We arrived at the dealership at 10 AM after agreeing to a price via e-mail communication. Despite very few customers being present,********** took 2.5 hours to draw up paperwork. Kia ****** added on "$899 Cilajet paint protection" after going back on word to expedite the buying process, subpar covid protocols, and plenty of excuses/horrendous customer service afterwards. A bunch of liars and scammers! I went there to turn my lease in and wanted to lease another vehicle. My credit score was 733 and I was told that I could not lease but that I could purchase with no money down and no interest for the whole loan. I didn't question it then but I was told by Glendale that I could have leased another vehicle.
