Kia of Carson has many inefficiencies. Costumer service sucks. Accountability in returning calls sucks. Today after scheduling a recall fix, and waiting for an hour to be served, i have to leave. Costumer service representative reported that he couldn't do anything since Kia's website was down. No apologies. Can we reschedule your appointment? I just left. I bought my car there. I am planing on getting another one. Not there. Avoid this dealer and save yourself headaches.

I brought a certified pre-owned extended warranty 2017 Kia Sorento on July 01/2018. And was taking my car in for regular service every 3-months. Car started loosing oil after a month of getting it service before factory warranty ran out. I was told to keep driving it another 1,000 miles and bring it back so they could check it 4 different times. The 4th time I didn't make it to 1,000 miles. It cut off on me on the frwy on 11/22/21. Hello there. I understand your frustration and why you may direct it at us, but our hands are tied until we get the parts. As a dealership, we cannot complete a repair if we don't have the parts. As we have explained, there are many customers in your situation due to Covid related delays in parts. I personally reached out to Kia to see if they can offer any assistance, but we don't control what they do. We have offered a discounted loaner for you as long as one is available.
Horrible customer service experience. Vehicle taken in for service on Monday, picked up Saturday and by Sunday experienced exact same issue with car. Service manager refused to cover cost of tow due to car now being inoperable. Failed call backs and follow-up to request by service representatives.
"UNETHICAL" business practice. Never send your car to this place !!!! I thought being apart of the Kia family was a place that I could trust. But, boy was I wrong. My car was damaged at this place and by their people, yet no one wants to take responsibility. If I'm a forever customer, why not go above and beyond for your customers. KIA of Carson is an absolute disaster of a dealership. The leadership, namely Will Amiri, failed to acknowledge any responsibility for a serious safety issue regarding my vehicle, that they are responsible for. Instead, he pushes blame to the consumer and completely dismissed my claim. i hate that i have to even give them 1 star if i would have known what i known now i would have never bought a car from kia . Horrible. This is not the first time I've had issues with this service department. On September 9, 2021 I took my 2016 Sorento in for a engine replacement due to over excessive oil usage. On September 14, 2021 I received an email stating my new engine was ordered. Delivery and installation could take 6 weeks to 4 months. On September 29th, they offered me a rental at no cost to me. The Customer Service in Kia of Carson Service Department is just a mess. I brought my car in for the second time to address my air condition and window issue that would not go down using the driver control. I came in for my appointment on Saturday, they told me that it would take a full day for a technician to determine the issue, so I returned the following Monday at 7am.
