What a horrible Experience for service department. Been customer sense 2017 when we leased our first kia & few years latter bought kia when was Fuccillo. Things have changed a lot sense for sure, was forced buy a kia k5 on other coast after the hurricane as our car got flood was totaled. bought extra warranty for tire & of coarse had blow out month after buying the kia. called KIa of cape coral to checked on tire & told them i had tire warranty. said no problem have 6 tires in stock would take care of it. made appointmen... read more
