Great personable experience
When I first came to Kia of Bedford I knew my credit score was crapp and took a crapp, I was so graciously helped by Fred and Trevor R. When I tell you I could NOT get a car younger than a 2002 anywhere Kia of Bedford has done the impossible. I would like to especially to thank Fred, I was afraid to take the necessary steps and he kept reassuring me and encouraging me and the awesome financing dept. My next steps on this lifes journey can start. Thank KOB
When you're at Kia of Bedford, you can relax because of how they treat you. I personally don't enjoy the dealership experience, but they really go far to make you happy!

Milo Williams is a great sales man very friendly and easy to talk to. I will come back as long as I can deal with Milo
They take advantage of people with mental disabilities, giving them 22% interest rates and charge them almost $15,000 on top of that for a 5 year old Soul with 50k+ miles on it. Then when they talk about it on a radio show they harass the show into scrubbing all proof of their poor business tactics. Besides this, all I've heard from people who visited this dealership were complaints about pushy and bullying staff. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
AWFUL!! Online, I discovered the Sportage I had been looking for was at KOB. Rob went out of his way to hold the car for me for a day or 2 until I could make a deposit. That's where the positive part of the story ends. He pressured me to pick up the car on a Wed, even tho I repeatedly told him it was not good timing. I was financing with my sister's help & she had just finished a 16 hr shift as a Ped CCNP. Rob kept telling us he was there on his day off as if he was doing us a favor! He chose the day!
