If I could give them a zero I would. They approved me for a car that I didn't even want from the beginning. I picked another car and was told by Matthew that they didn't even want to sell the car because they paid too much for the car and would not make any money selling the car. He said they would be losing 2k so Wayne the manager came back and asked me why I didn't want the car they wanted me to get and I told him that I didn't like it cause it was basic simple as that. *AVOID* we purchased a car from here in April, knowing nothing about cars we didn't think about the tyres not being the same but they sold us this with 2 off roading tyres on the front and normal on the back. Another Kia garage pointed out that this isn't good for the 4 wheel drive and can cause issues. I went back to Kia Bedford and spoke to the delightful Darryl. FROM START TO FINISH I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE BUYING A CAR FROM THIS LOCATION!!! AND EVEN 2 YRS LATER IM STILL FEELING THE PAIN FROM THIS PURCHASE, I just happened to check to see if my jack was in the trunk and GOT A REAL SURPRISE!!! THERE WAS NO TIRE IN MY TRUNK FOR A SPARE! NEVER HAD A REASON TO GO BACK THERE TIL NOW!!! Since its been 2 yrs I know they will think its their word against mine, but buyers beware!!!!!!Â

DO NOT do business with this dealership! They are running a scam. They talked me into a bumper to bumper warrantee for what I was told was for 63 months or 100,000 miles. This was at an extra cost of $3000. I looked over the paperwork a couple weeks later while I was at the notary to get plates. Written in small print it states the warrantee is only for 48 months!
