Exceptional service with friendly staff. I didn't have the best service from Stockton Kia so I decided to drive extra mileage to Kia Country after reading online reviews. Glad I did. No push to purchase extra services, but did provide details on where my car is regarding need and safety. Content with Kia Country and the attention to detail from service manager, Michael.
Customer services was great. Technician completed the job in a timeframe manner. We will come back for the next service.
Buying a car at Kia Country was a very pleasant experience. They were not pushy or high pressure at all. Sal was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and I felt he really tried to give me the best deal possible. They made me feel like a valued customer. Went in to Manteca Kia to ask them to tighten a loose bolt to hold my battery in place. They took care of it for free on the spot. I decided to get my 60k mileage tune up with them and Austin worked with me to get certain things done according to my budget. I will always go here for my service because they are honest, fast, and reliable. Thx again for the great service!
