They do not back what they sell. Very slow service. The all mighty dollar comes before customer satisfaction! They out and out lied to us. We thought we were getting a good deal, in fact we got a huge headache! We went back to another car dealership who treats us better then even expected. Very bad experience! 2 years of headaches and waiting for hours (sometimes 6hrs at a time) and days in the waiting room. I get nothing but hassles every time I take my car to get serviced there. They are not helpful at all and they do not want to cover my problem that is still under warranty. I will never buy a car for Youngblood Nissan again!

The WORST customer service in town. The are rude and hateful! The also discriminate towards you if you are a young buyer. I went and had to find help. When I did he asked what my age is, which is 23, and said well were do you work. I said that doesnt matter I just want to test drive. He said he would not let me test drive the car until he knew where I worked. I would NOT recommened this place to ANYONE!
Don know what that yahoo user is talking about. Always have a great experience with Youngblood, have bought 10 cars there. Great service and always friendly. The other yahoo reviewer sounds like sour grapes.
