I just leased a brand new kia forte and love it my salesmen was very helpful and knowledgable. This is the best place i ever bought a vehicle.
I bought a new Kia Sorento from Youngblood Kia and love the car. I got an awesome deal and a 10 year 100,000 mile warraty. Everyone I dealt with at Youngblood was great, from the salesman all the way through finance!
i have bought more than a dozen vehicles from youngblood motors, ive been completely satisfied with the company from the sales dept, the service debt up through the financing office. the chances are quite good that i will continue to patronize this business.
I went to Youngblood to purchase a new chrysler. Was out in the parking looking in the windows of cars, waiting for someone to come out and help me. I waited 20 min. until someone who came up to help me. And it wasnt like they were busy, they were all smoking by the front doors. When the sales man came up to me, he said whatcha lookin for. This is truly the place NOT to go. They are very rude. They do not keep their word with what they say. I agree with Bob and this place should be shut down by the BBB. I had some problems and addressed it to a manager and he could care less. He acted like I was wasting his time. Please think twice about going their to buy a car. Their are other places that actually treat you with respect.
Went their to buy a new car for my wife. My wife was the one that wanted to do the talking with the dealer. They kept on overlooking her and talking to me. Even when she told them SHE was picking out the car and it would be her decision. They acted like she was stupid and didnt know anything about what she wanted.
I Bought a van from them a few years ago. It was the worst experience Ive ever had at a dealer. They pull every trick they can think of in sales and dont stand behind what they sell. Their service is slow. The customer service in their repair department is the worst part. Their horrible reputation is quite well earned in my experience.
I have bought several vehicles from Youngblood Chrysler. I also contact Ryan in the internet department and get quick responses. I also have my vehicle service at Youngblood and am always treated very well. I recommend Youngblood to all of my friends!
I agree with the past few post. This place is a ripe off. And they are rude. I like the Honda Dealership down the road. You get more for your money and better service.
